it's a huge step for him. he's feeling a little sick though, is this normal?

He's going for 2 days.

it absolutely kills me that they treat him this way.

they never had any intention of coming down here. just got him excited that he'd actually get to see his parents and that his parents would get to meet their new grandson for the first time and then boom.

they knew they weren't coming when they called saying they couldn't come the 3rd.

how can any parent be so cruel?

i'm sorry i know there are people here that are religious that are just awesome people, but my inlaws religion is a fucking cult.

if you let religion run your life and dictate how you love your child, then you are a fucking fool.

shawn is passed the point of being upset (hurt) and moved right on to being down right pissed.

it killed my soul (i started bawling) when I heard my little man say this exactly "granma, you coming to my home. you come to see me?" (we never told him they might be coming down either. he just simply misses his granma )

this child doesn't understand what is going on. he doesn't know why his grandparents haven't seen him in over a year. they are selfish. plain and simple. selfish people.

yes please put your ALMIGHTY organization and stupid rules in a secret handbook above your child and grandchildren. that is the only way god wants it.

i think the next time i see a jehovah's witness, i'm going to kick them in the shin out of pure spite. i hate that god damn organization.

and yes i know i shouldn't feel that way, but when you've lived 7 years of not being a witness in a witness 'family' the outcast/not in the picture part of you tends to take over. i do honestly hate the WTBTS.

just because they hate me, doesn't mean that they have to take it out on my kids. and they think they are doing my husband a favor. you know what this all fucking stems from?????? he dips copenhagen.

they think if they withhold affection they'll get him to stop. it's not going to happen. it won't happen until he wants it to happen.

i don't even think they are taking the kids into consideration at all! all i can say is, "well you know what you are missing out on two beautiful souls. when they grow up resenting you, it's your own damned fault."
